Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Training Programs (One-Time Purchase)
All training programs sold by Ascent Training Systems are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. We stand behind the quality of our programs and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
- If you are unsatisfied with your training program for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Refund requests must be submitted by emailing coach@ascenttrainingsystems.com with your order details.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Upon refund, access to the purchased program will be revoked.
2. ATS Training App Subscriptions (Recurring)
Every training program purchase includes 3 months of free access to the ATS Training App. After the free period, you may choose to subscribe on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
- Cancel anytime: You may cancel your app subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that period expires.
- No partial refunds: We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
- How to cancel: Contact us at coach@ascenttrainingsystems.com to cancel your subscription. Include the email address associated with your account.
3. Dispute Resolution
If you are unhappy with a purchase or experience an issue, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and fairly.

- We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, you are entitled to escalate through your payment provider.
4. Payment Methods
Ascent Training Systems accepts payments via the following providers depending on your location:
- International customers: Stripe (credit/debit card)
- South African customers: Paystack and PayFast
All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.
